The Refresh from Spec Record Data option lets the user update existing valves in a drawing with updated information from the spec. It displays in the pop up menu when a valve placed from the spec is selected.

As an example, if a new property is mapped to a valve in the spec, then this option is used to update existing valves in a drawing placed from that spec. In addition, if a user makes changes to properties of a valve taken from the spec, this option will roll back those changes and return them to the default spec properties.

This option can be used for a mass selection of components or on a per component basis. The command will only refresh components in the selection which were actually placed from the spec.
